Sometimes, if you feel your mood start to shift and you want to quickly lift yourself back up – one of the fastest and effective ways that i find is quite simply – GET MOVING! Yes, it is that easy. Whatever challenge or negative emotion or thought you may be dealing with, of course we want to solve the actual cause, but, to quickly shift that feeling just move. Ideally if you can go and get fresh air in nature – do that. Get outside, take yourself or make yourself go for a walk, maybe a jog, yoga, dance in the kitchen, whatever it is – move your body! It releases happy hormones, changes our state, and motion changes our E – motion – woo! Let’s go 🙂
