This guided meditation will start with breathing techniques to get your breath under control and then move into guided imagery down into your garden. We will go though and relax all muscles and tension in your body. And as we count down you will sink deeper and deeper into a most relaxed state. I recommend you listen start to finish the first time through. Make sure you have a place where you can lie down and not be disturbed for 16 minutes. Practice this once a day to get better and better at managing life.
