If you start to feel your energy or mood dip during the day, there is a really simple tool that you can use to bring you back up to a higher frequency. Of course if you frequently feel you have a lower level of mood it is important to address the cause of it. At times it can be something as simple as perhaps you have not slept enough, or are feeling a little overwhelmed. When you can recognise the shift, catch it and change it back to feeling great as quickly as you can using this easy method. The point is, if we can focus on a better thought or image it will help us feel better.
